Products
The Ksassy Collection specializes in Raw Indian Human Hair products.
Because raw human hair is a natural product, individual bundles may have slight differences in color, wave pattern, texture, and appearance. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, styling, and the natural characteristics of the hair.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change.
Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Payment

Customers should inspect all hair products before removing original bindings, cutting lace, installing, washing, coloring, bleaching, heat styling, or otherwise altering the product.
Products that have been altered or used may not qualify for return.
Hair Care & Product Use
Customers are responsible for properly caring for and maintaining their hair products.
K’AURAAMOR is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, improper maintenance, chemical processing, coloring or bleaching, improper product use, or other alterations made after purchase.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with an order, please contact kauraamorr@gmail.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve your concern.
K’AURAAMOR may maintain order and transaction records, including applicable policies, product information, fulfillment records, tracking and delivery information, quality-control documentation, and customer communications.
When a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, relevant documentation may be submitted to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer as part of the dispute process.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law or applicable card-network rules.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, graphics, logos, branding, written content, and other original materials displayed on K’AURAAMOR website are owned by or licensed to K’AURAAMOR .
Our original content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without permission, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K’AURAAMOR will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, improper installation, unauthorized alteration, or chemical processing of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
